盘山高速公路路基路面综合设计 摘□要:本设计是盘县至山城县高速公路K15+140~K17+750段路基路面综合设计,该高速公路段设计行车速度80km/h,双向四车道,路基宽度为21.5m,预计交通量年平均增长率6%。本设计内容主要包括路面设计、路基设计、防护与支挡工程设计和桥涵设计等八个部分。设计时首先对该段道路进行路面设计,设计包括沥青路面设计和水泥混凝土路面设计。其中沥青路面设计采用2种结构组合,水泥混凝土路面采用3种结构组合,分别对每种路面方案进行性能技术经济比较后推荐一种路面。再根据路线平面图进行纵断面图和路基横断面设计,主要包括排水设计和路堤路堑边坡设计,计算出路基土石方数并进行了调配。针对高填方路段本设计进行了挡土墙设计,本路段挡土墙采用衡重式挡土墙。最后对桥涵进行了初步设计。共设计了3座连续T梁桥、3个圆管涵和3个盖板涵。本设计各个设计阶段均进行了方案比选,并阐明了设计的方法依据和设计步骤,对其它路段的设计可提供一定的参考。 沥青混凝土路面;水泥混凝土路面;衡重式挡土墙 The ubgrade and pavement comprehensive design of Panxian -Shancheng Expressway Abstract:This design is the ubgrade and pavement design of Panxian to Shancheng Expressway from K15+140 to K17+750. The designed speed is 80km/h, two-way four-lane, the width of the roadbed is 21.5m. Traffic volume is expected to be average annual growth rate of 6%. This design includes eight main parts of pavement design, roadbed design, protection and retaining engineering and design of bridge and culvert. Firstly, the section of the road for pavement design, it includes the design of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement design. The design of asphalt pavement has three kinds of structure combination,cement concrete also has two kinds of structure combination.
