毕 业 设 计 设计题目 常州市公路管理综合服务中心施工组织设计 院 系 继续教育学院 专 业 工程管理 姓 名 学 号 起讫日期 指导教师 2011 年 5 月 20 日 常州市公路管理综合服务中心施工组织设计 摘要 本工程为常州市公路管理综合服务中心，该工程属于现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，抗震设防烈度为7度，筏板基础，地下一层，地上十二层，建筑面积为17133m2，计划工期一年。此单位工程的施工组织设计针对性与独立性较强，通过施工组织设计的编制，预计施工过程中可能发生的各种情况，事先做好准备、预防，为施工企业实施施工准备工作计划提供依据，把拟建工程的设计与施工、技术与经济、前方与后方和施工企业的全部施工安排与具体工程的施工组织工作更紧密地结合，正确反映客观实际，符合建设单位和设计单位的要求，并且在施工过程中认真地贯彻执行，保证拟建工程施工的顺利进行，取得好、快、省和安全的效果。 关键词：施工组织设计；框剪；多层 Changzhou multi-service centers highway management, Construction Design and Technology Abstract This papaer aimes to interpret construction design of a project under planning.As a comprehensive service center of highway management in Changzhou, this project is a 12 story above ground and a lower ground reinforced concrete frame-share wall structure with a construction area of 17133 square meters on a raft foundation. It is designed in compliance with requirements for fortification against earthquakes of seven degrees with a schedule of one year. The construction design of this project is characterized by relevance and independence. With the establishment of construction design, the writer estimates all kinds of accidents that may happen in the construction process and comes out solutions to all these problems in order to get everything ready beforehand. This offers the construction enterprise a reliable basis for the preparation plan so as to make the combination of design with construction of the project under planning, of technology with economy, of front with back, of the total arrangements with the specific organization closer, which reflects the objective reality truly in accordance with the demands from the construction unit and the design institute. It is also required to follow the plan out during the construction process to ensure the efficiency and safety of construction of this project under planning.
