摘 要 调速秤配料自动控制系统是指运用各种自动控制技术完成多种原料的称重、配比、混合、运送等相应工艺要求的控制系统。稳定性、准确性是系统必备的要素,该系统在工业生产中常以单片机或者可编程控制(PLC)来完成控制功能,然而,以单片机实现的控制系统在安全、可靠和抗干扰的性能上要逊色于PLC。为此,在工业生产中大力开发使用PLC完成控制功能的调速配料系统是非常必要的。本设计正式完成以PLC为控制器的调速秤配料系统的硬件设计。 在该系统的硬件设计上,我们主要进行硬件的选型和电气原理的设计,在硬件选型方面,我们选用S7-300作为的核心控制器,其中有详细对PLC的CPU模块、各功能模块进行了选型。硬件还包括称重传感器、测速传感器和变频器的选型,在电气原理设计方面,我们完成了系统整体的电气连接图和称重传感器外围的变松放大电路的设计。 本文首先对系统进行了一个简单的介绍,分析系统的工作原理,确定了整个系统的实现方案,然后分别对可编程控制器、传感器、变频器和调速秤的称体进行了详细的选型和设计。 关键词:调速配料系统;可编程控制器;传感器;变频器;调速秤 Abstract Speed scale ingredients automatic control system is refers to the use of various automatic control technology different raw materials weighing, complete ratio, mixing, transportation and technology requirements of the corresponding control system. Stability, accuracy is the necessary elements, the system in production in the industrial system based on the single chip computer or programmable control (PLC) to complete control function, however, to the single chip microcomputer control system in the safe, reliable and anti-jamming performance to inferior at PLC. Therefore, in the industrial production energetically develop use PLC control functions of the complete speed mixing system is very necessary. This design is officially complete with PLC controller for the speed of the system hardware design scale ingredients. In the system of hardware design, we focus on the hardware of the principle of selection and electrical design, selection in hardware , we choose s7-300 as our core controller, which we have detailed of PLC CPU module, the function module for the selection. Hardware selection includes weighing transducer speed sensor and frequency converter, the selection, in principle, design of electric we finished the whole system of electrical connection diagram and weighing transducer become loose in the outer reaches of the amplifier circuit design.
