新形式下钢铁企业筹资策略分析——以宝钢集团为例 摘 要 资金之于企业，就好比血液之于身体，一个企业的创立、生存和发展都离不开资金。筹集资金则是一个企业生产经营活动的起点，是企业生存的关键。近几年来，我国仍采取适度从紧的金融政策，企业资金紧缺仍是生产经营中最主要和最难解决的问题。虽然企业筹资的方式有很多，但是在资金的筹集过程中会遇到很多问题，不同筹资方式的难易程度，财务风险大小，资金成本的高低都会影响到企业的筹资。一个企业资金筹集决策的正确与否，直接关系到企业能否继续生存发展和经济效益的好坏。企业要想提高筹资的经济效益，就必须结合自身的发展状况来选择合理的筹资方式，严格遵守科学严谨的态度，分析影响企业筹资方式的各种因素，从而选择出最适合企业的筹资方式。所以如何选择筹资方式能使企业及时快速的筹集到资金已成为企业当前刻不容缓的问题。 关键词：企业筹资；筹资方式；筹资选择 Abstract Capital?in enterprise,?just like?the blood in?the body,?creation,?survival and development?of an enterprise?all?cannot do without?money.?Raising money?is?a starting point for?enterprise production and management activities,?is the key to?the survival of enterprises.?In recent years, our country still adopt the moderately tight financial policy, enterprise shortage of funds is still the production and operation of the main and the most difficult to solve.?Although there are many ways of raising funds of enterprises, but in the process of raising funds will encounter many problems, the ease with which different types of financing, financial risk size, the level of cost of capital will affect corporate financing.?An enterprise fund raising decision is correct or not, is directly related to the enterprise can continue to the quality of survival, development and economic benefit.?Enterprises in order to improve the financing of the economic benefit, we must to select the reasonable financing way according to their own development, strictly abide by the rigorous scientific attitude, analysis of the impact of corporate financing patterns in a variety of factors, in order to select the most suitable for the enterprise financing.?So?how to choose the?way of financing?will enable enterprises to?quicklyraise funds?of enterprises has become?the current?crunch time?problem.
