PAGE PAGE IV 猎头顾问招聘效率问题及提升策略研究 摘要 随着21世纪全球经济环境以及国际竞争环境的变化,企业对人才的需求愈发凸显。猎头作为中国改革开放所带来的新鲜事物不仅能为各企业提供人力资源服务和管理咨询业务,更能够促进人力资源的合理流动和配置,同样也可辅助企业适当解决高级人才不足的问题。在此背景下,以高级人才寻访为主要业务的猎头公司在当下人力资源服务市场中扮演着十分重要的角色。但不可否认的是,猎头公司乃至猎头行业在国内的发展尚未成熟,由于行业成长时间较短,其明显存在从业人员素质不高,与客户沟通能力差,缺乏实践经验和专业知识等问题。基于此本文对猎头公司招聘效率提升进行研究,以广州DM公司为例,深入调研了DM公司的招聘现状,并从多方视角提出了广州DM公司招聘中存在的突出问题,并针对相关问题提出了招聘效率提升对策,以期在实践中能为其更好的发展提供可能的思考路径。 关键词:猎头公司;招聘效率;企业管理;人力资源 ABSTRACT With the changes of the global economic environment and the international competition environment in the 21st century, enterprises demand for talents becomes more and more prominent. Headhunting, as a new thing brought by Chinas reform and opening up, can not only provide human resources services and management consulting services for enterprises, but also promote the rational flow and allocation of human resources and help enterprises properly solve the problem of lack of senior talents. In this context, headhunting companies, whose main business is senior talent search, play a very important role in the current human resource service market. However, it is undeniable that the development of headhunting companies and even the headhunting industry in China is not yet mature. Due to the short growth period of the industry, there are obvious problems such as low quality of employees, poor communication ability with customers, lack of practical experience and professional knowledge. Based on the study in this paper, the headhunter recruitment efficiency, DM company in guangzhou as an example, the thorough research of the current situation of DM recruiter, and puts forward the guangzhou DM company from multiple perspectives outstanding problems that exist in the recruitment, the recruitment efficiency improvement countermeasures are put forward based on related issues, in order to in practice for its better development possible thinking path.
