慧农业导刊 2023 2 期 Journal of Smart Agriculture 乡村振兴 OI：10.20028/j.zhnydk.2023.02.035 乡村振兴视域下河南省乡村 化建设困境及解决路径 王改丽 ， 信阳农林学院 河南 信阳 464000 ） 摘 要：该文论述乡村振兴，不仅要塑其形，还要筑其魂。文化就是乡村振兴的“根”和“魂”。就河南省而言，建设乡村文化 是重建村民乡土自信的现实需要，是增强乡村治理效力的重要保障，更是实现村民共同富裕的内在要求。在乡村全面振兴征 程上，河南省乡村文化建设还面临着乡村优秀传统文化式微、乡村文化建设人才流失、乡村文化产业发展不足、乡村公共文化 服务效能低等困境。解决这些困境，可以从传承优秀传统文化，增强乡村本土文化自信；建设本土人才队伍，培育乡村文化后 备人才；盘活乡村文化资源，发展乡村特色文化产业；加强公共文化建设，提升公共文化服务效能等方面寻找出路。 关键词：乡村振兴；河南省；乡村文化；建设困境；解决路径 中图分类号 F323 文献标志码 A 文章编号 2096-9902 渊2023 冤02-0149-04 Abstract: This paper discusses to revitalize rural areas, we should not only mold its form, but also build its soul. Cul鄄 ture is the "root" and "soul" of rural revitalization. For Henan Province, the construction of rural culture is the realistic need of rebuilding villagers' local confidence, the important guarantee of enhancing the effectiveness of rural governance, and the internal requirement of realizing common prosperity of villagers. On the journey of comprehensive rural revitalization, the rural cultural construction in Henan Province is also faced with the dilemma of the decline of excellent rural traditional culture, the brain drain of rural cultural construction, the insufficient development of rural cultural industry and the low efficiency of rural public cultural services. To solve these difficulties, we can inherit excellent traditional culture and enhance the confi鄄 dence of rural local culture; Building local talent team, cultivating rural culture reserve talent; Revitalize rural cultural re鄄 sources and develop rural characteristic cultural industries; Strengthen the construction of public culture and improve the effi鄄 ciency of public cultural services.
