摘要 近年来,工业园区的发展快速,越来越多的企业设立在园区内,这也导致工业园区的物流需求与日俱增。传统的人工物流方式无法满足大规模的物流运输需求,因此引进无人物流车成为了趋势。而无人物流车底盘结构设计是其中至关重要的一环,为提高无人物流车的性能能力与稳定性能够发挥关键作用。 本文主要讨论了工业园区无人物流车底盘系统设计的问题,旨在解决人力运输成本高、效率低和安全隐患等问题。首先,本文分析了工业园区物流运输的现状与难点,指出当前物流车辆存在的问题以及现有解决方案的局限性。然后,论文提出了无人物流车底盘系统的设计方案,并详细阐述了其机械结构和控制系统,对小车结构进行了分析计算,并且校核了驱动部分零件。 该系统还有很强的可扩展性和灵活性,可以满足不同工业园区的物流需求和定制化需求。因此,本文认为工业园区无人物流车底盘系统是一种可行和有效的智能化物流解决方案,可为工业园区提供更安全、高效和可持续的物流服务。 关键词:无人物流小车;底盘结构;AGV ABSTRACT In recent years, the development of industrial parks has been rapid, with more and more enterprises established in the parks, which has also led to an increasing demand for logistics in industrial parks. The traditional manual logistics method cannot meet the large-scale logistics transportation needs, so the introduction of unmanned flow vehicles has become a trend. The chassis structure design of the unmanned flow vehicle is a crucial part, which can play a crucial role in improving the performance and stability of the unmanned flow vehicle. This article mainly discusses the design of the chassis system of unmanned logistics vehicles in industrial parks, aiming to solve problems such as high labor transportation costs, low efficiency, and safety hazards. Firstly, this article analyzes the current situation and difficulties of logistics transportation in industrial parks, pointing out the problems existing in logistics vehicles and the limitations of existing solutions. Then, the paper proposed a design scheme for the chassis system of the unmanned flow car, and elaborated on its mechanical structure and control system in detail. The car structure was analyzed and calculated, and the driving parts were checked. The system also has strong scalability and flexibility, which can meet the logistics and customization needs of different industrial parks.
