湖南省安化黑茶出口问题及对策分析 作者：籽菡 中 文 摘 要 黑茶是我国特有的茶类，安化是中国黑茶的发源地之一，茶叶产销历史上千年。2010年上海世博会之后，安化黑茶被世界各国广泛认识，海外市场扩大，出口量和出口额都大幅度提升，并在此之后保持着稳定的增长,可见安化黑茶有着较好的生产及出口优势，本文通过分析安化黑茶的发展历史和贸易概况发现安化黑茶出口中存在的问题:出口经营管理落后，基地建设不足，对国外市场供应不足，出口市场少,贸易壁垒对黑茶出口的限制，茶产品创新力不足等问题。基于此提出相应的优化措施，如完善农业专业合作社，发展龙头企业，完善基地建设，丰富安化黑茶融资销售渠道，加强对黑茶质量监管等措施。以期使安化黑茶更好的出口，提高国际竞争力。 【关键词】 安化黑茶 绿色贸易壁垒 黑茶基地建设 Abstract Black tea is a unique type of tea in China. Anhua is one of the birthplaces of black tea in China. The history of tea production and marketing is over a thousand years. After the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, Anhua black tea was widely recognized by countries all over the world. The overseas market expanded, and the export volume and export value increased substantially. After that, it maintained stable growth, showing that Anhua black tea has a good production. And the export advantages, the geographical advantages of Anhua black tea production, and the brand building has achieved remarkable results. This paper analyzes the development history and trade overview of Anhua Black Tea and finds the problems in the export of Anhua Black Tea: backward export management, export market order needs to be regulated, insufficient base construction, insufficient supply to foreign markets, less export market, low export value, trade barriers restrict the export of black tea, and the lack of innovation in tea products. Based on this, corresponding optimization measures are put forward, such as improving agricultural professional cooperatives, developing leading enterprises, improving base construction, enriching Anhua black tea financing sales channels, stimulating industry vitality, and strengthening black tea quality supervision and other measures.
