The cultural and creative park has become an important driving force for the rapid development of cultural and creative industry and has enhanced rapidly in a short period. Today, Chongqings tourism industry is booming, cultural and creative park has become an important tourist attraction, and its role in urban development has been significantly improved. Of course, as an emerging industry, the quick development of cultural and creative parks also faces enormous challenges. Based on the development status of cultural and creative parks in Chongqing, This paper selects TESTBED2 as an example, analyzes its development strategies and proposes constructive suggestions for future development from commercial marketing model.
