长链非编码RNA在免疫系统调节中的作用 Abstract Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have recently emerged as key players in the regulation of immune response and are involved in diverse cellular processes. This review aims to provide an overview of the functions of lncRNAs in immunoregulation, including their roles in inflammatory response, immune cell differentiation and proliferation, and immune checkpoint regulation. Additionally, we discuss how lncRNAs may be involved in the development of immune-related diseases, such as autoimmune disorders and cancer. Improved understanding of the roles of lncRNAs in immune regulation will provide new opportunities to develop targeted therapies for a range of immune-related diseases. They are responsible for regulating various biological processes by acting as transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulators, epigenetic modulators, and scaffolds for protein complexes. In recent years, emerging evidence has identified lncRNAs as critical regulators of immune cell phenotype and function, playing vital roles in immune system development, activation and suppression, as well as immune-related pathologies. LncRNAs in Inflammatory Response Inflammatory response is a critical component of the innate immune system, which is essential for host defense against pathogen infection and tissue damage.
