摘 要 对一国经济发展来说，农村经济的发展依然是一大难题，但随着科技重塑金 融的普遍开展，大量的金融服务涌向农村金融市场，逐步使得互联网金融成为农 村金融领域发展的大趋势。把互联网金融与农村金融结合在一起，可促进农村经 济向着愈加普惠的方向发展，同时能够使国家经济得到可观的增长。近几年，我 国就农村经济发展问题颁布过一系列关于普惠金融、数字金融的利好政策文件， 来支持推动更便捷、安全的农村金融，各大电商平台纷纷抓住了这一机遇，向着 农村金融市场这一新蓝海市场渗透各种金融服务业务，扩大企业的业务范围，并 带给了农村金融无限的发展空间。 本文运用文献研究法、比较分析法以及案例分析法。首先通过分析我国农村 金融背景，从理论方面对农村互联网金融做简单的概述。以怀有普惠金融理想的 蚂蚁金服为主，对其涉农金融战略的典型案例进行分析，并选取蚂蚁金服和京东 金融两大电商平台，对他们的涉农业务和布局进行对比分析，进一步分析电商平 台对我国农村互联网金融的影响路径。最后，通过分析当下电商平台在农村发展 互联网金融存在的市场机遇和不可避免的风险，为电商平台影响我国农村互联网 金融的发展提出可行性的建议。 关键词：农村互联网金融；电商平台；蚂蚁金服 Abstract For a country's economic development, the development of rural economy is still a big problem. However, with the extensive development of science and technology reshaping finance, a large number of financial services flood into the rural financial market, gradually making Internet finance become the general trend of the development of rural financial field. The combination of Internet finance and rural finance can promote the development of rural economy towards a more inclusive direction and at the same time enable the national economy to achieve considerable growth.
