高速与重载铁路的疲劳磨损对比研究 Abstract: Fatigue wear is an inevitable phenomenon in the operation of high-speed and heavy-loaded railways. The purpose of this paper is to compare the fatigue wear of high-speed and heavy-loaded railways, and propose corresponding protective measures. Firstly, the principle of fatigue wear is introduced, and then the comparison of fatigue wear between high-speed and heavy-loaded railways is analyzed. It is found that the fatigue wear of high-speed railways is mainly concentrated on the rails, while the fatigue wear of heavy-loaded railways is mainly concentrated on the wheels. Finally, corresponding protective measures are proposed based on the analysis, hoping to provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of high-speed and heavy-loaded railways. The former features high speed, high safety and comfort, while the latter features large carrying capacity and high efficiency. In the operation of these two types of railways, fatigue wear of tracks and wheels is an inevitable phenomenon, which seriously affects the safety and reliability of railway operation. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comparative study on the fatigue wear of high-speed and heavy-loaded railways, and propose corresponding protective measures to ensure the smooth and safe operation of railways. Principle of Fatigue Wear Fatigue wear is a common phenomenon in the operation of mechanical equipment, mainly caused by cyclic loading and unloading. The principle of fatigue wear is that the material of the component is repeatedly subjected to alternating stress, which exceeds its endurance limit, leading to the initiation and propagation of cracks until the final failure of the component.
