Sales Promotion Agency Agreement
促销 协议
This Sales Agency Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and goes into effective on July , 2014.

BETWEEN：Brightenvantage International Business Consulting Inc. (the "Party A")
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Canada, with its head office located at:

WITNESSETH:
Whereas, both parties cooperate for mutual benefits, and

Whereas, Party B takes part in Party A’s 2014 Summer Sales Promotion of Dundurn International Exhibition Centre Project,
and
乙方加盟参与甲方举办的 2014 年唐腾国际汇展中心项目夏季市场促销活动，
Whereas, the agreement is valid only for Party A’s restrictive Sales Promotion area and house types of Dundurn International
Exhibition Centre Project, and
本协议适用于甲方限定的唐腾国际汇展中心项目促销活动区域及户型，
It is therefore agreed, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereinafter set forth, as follows:
双方承诺共同遵守以下条款：
1. WORK SCOPE 委托范围
1.1 Party A restrict the Sales Promotion activity to Dundurn International Exhibition Centre ⅠD6-D13、D15-D23，F1-F3、
F5-F13、F15-F22, and ⅡF1-F3、F5-F13、F15-F23、F25-F31, which are 65 units totally.
甲方限定唐腾国际汇展中心Ⅰ: D6-D13、D15-D23，F1-F3、F5-F13、F15-F22；以及Ⅱ: F1-F3、F5-F13、F15-F23、
F25-F31，共计 65 套，作为本次市场促销范围内的销售单位。
1.2 Party B acknowledges and agrees that Party A shall have the right to appoint one or more other agencies within the same
territory to sell the Products.
乙方承认并同意，甲方 在相同地域内委托一个或者多个其他的 商。
2. AGREEMENT PERIOD 协议期间
2.1 The marketing period is from July 15
