题目 草坪植物的在干旱胁迫下的生理响应 摘要 草坪草的干旱逆境研究对灌溉草坪可以起到节约水资源的生态功能,目前,我国由于国土面积广阔,从而造成降水分布不均,水资源短缺,再加上国家正处于工业时代,只顾经济发展而不重视环境,导致污染严重。由此来看,培植能够抵御干旱胁迫的草坪草对于城市生态建设和环境建设起到节约水资源的重要作用。并侧重对游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量的改变波动规律以及抗旱能力之间的关系开展研究。为研究高温对草坪植物生理特性的影响,通过处理四种植物,细叶结缕草Zoysia tenuifolia、黑麦草Lolium perenne、狗牙根Cynodon dactylon和草地早熟禾:Poa pratensis,对植物体内的两种生理生化指标(脯氨酸含量以及丙二醛含量)进行测定、分析,这两种指标的变化,反应出4种草坪植物耐旱性大小。实验结果表明:四种草坪植物在干旱环境下,体内的脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均显著增加,干旱处理的时间越长,其增长幅度平缓。时间延长后,狗牙根体内的游离脯氨酸积累最多,其次是细叶结缕草,而草地早熟禾与黑麦草的脯氨酸积累量相差不多,测定叶片中脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量来判断植物的耐旱能力,结果表明这四种草坪草的抗旱性强弱依次为狗牙根>结缕草>早熟禾>黑麦草。 关键字:抗旱性; 脯氨酸; 丙二醛 Abstract The study on drought stress ability of turf grass can exert an ecological function for the water resources protection. At present, due to the expansive territory of our country, the rainfall distribution is uneven and the water resource is out of storage. What’s worse, our country is placed on the industrial age. We simply care about economy developing and neglect the environmental protection, which naturally leads to the serious pollution. From this perspective, cultivating the drought-resistant turf grass can play an important role in cities’ ecological environment construction and water conservation. In addition, we need to do more researches on mastering the relationship between free proline content. MDA content’s fluctuation rules and drought resistance of turf grass. To study the effect of high temperature on the physiological characteristics of lawn plant, after experimenting and analyzing on the physiological index and biochemical index of these four plants, Zoysiagrass, Lolium personnel, Cynodon dactyls,and:Poa pratensis, we can know about the the ability of their drought resistance according to the change of the two indexes. The experiments show that: in arid environment, these four kinds of grass plants, the proline and MDA contents in their bodies significantly increase.
