《工业控制计算机》 年第 卷第 期 99 2022 35 7 基于大数据+Python 的高职毕业生就业价值取向研究 Research on Employment Value Orientation of Vocational College Graduates Based on Big Data+Python 汪 岩 （唐山职业技术学院现代教育技术中心，河北 唐山 063000 ） 摘要：稳定就业总量、提升就业质量不仅是国家的宏观政策，更是学校的工作目标，而就业价值取向是影响高职毕业生 就业的关键因素。 为了分析毕业生的就业价值取向，实现稳就业，在信息技术高速发展的今天，通过大数据+Python 的方法 对毕业生就业价值取向进行分析。 结果表明，学生的性别、专业、期望薪资、就业地区、就业单位性质都会影响就业价值取向。 最后通过对就业价值取向的分析、对比、预测，对毕业生的人生观、价值观进行正确引导，提高就业质量。 关键词：大数据；Python ；高职院校；毕业生；就业价值取向 Abstract :Stabilizing the total number of employment and improving the quality of employment are not only the countrys macro policy,but also the schools work goal. Employment value orientation is a key factor affecting the employment of voca- tional graduates.In order to analyze the employment value orientation of graduates and achieve stable employment,in todays rapid development of information technology,the employment value orientation of graduates is analyzed through the method of big data + Python.The results show that the students gender,major, expected salary,employment area,and nature of employ- ment unit all affect the employment value orientation.Finally,through the analysis,comparison and prediction of employment value orientation,the graduates outlook on life and values can be correctly guided to improve the quality of employment.
