Unit Unit 4 My neighbourhood 教材分析 教材分析 教学目标本课的教学内容是第四单元的第五课时 , 在授课之前先让学生通过调查了解有关街区内店铺和店主的情况, 课上可让学生通过小组合作的形式相互交流。教师通过图片向学生展示一些不同的人物活动, 并让学生简单加以介绍。 教学目标 【知识与能力目标】 记忆单词 interview, fix, sound, treat 短语 be busy doing…, sound like。能用英语描述街区、人们的职业及相关信息。 【过程与方法目标】 Reading and speaking 【情感态度价值观目标】 培养学生学习英语的兴趣和学好英语的勇气。 教学重难点 教学重难点 ◆ 【教学重点】 能运用简单阅读策略来获取文章大意。 【教学难点】 掌握词汇 interview, fix, sound, treat, 接触词汇 tailor, enjoyable, 学习短语 be busy doing…, sound like 等。 课前准备 课前准备 ◆ 图片,PPT 教学过程 教学过程 Step Ⅰ. Lead in Leading in 【情景 1】 Discuss the questions in “THINK ABOUT IT” as a class. T: This lesson is about people in the neighbourhood. What do you know about the people in the neighbourhood? What do they do? S1: My neighbour is a(n) police officer/teacher/worker/farmer/lawyer/driver/actor/clerk… Write a list of jobs on the board. [设计意图] 学习课文前, 经过谈论 THINK ABOUT IT 中的问题, 列举所熟知的职业的英语表达。 Leading in 【情景 2】 Show the pictures to the students. Let them guess: What is the man in the first picture doing? What does he do? What is the baker doing? Let the students answer the questions in class. Help the students to use the new words “tailor” and “fix”. Then teach more words: interview, sound, enjoyable.
