PAGE 9 基于jsp的职工人事管理系统设计与实现 摘要 现在随着我们这个社会的计算机技术的快速发展，计算机在企业管理中得到普遍的应用，现在我们利用计算机在实现企业职工的管理越来越重要。当今社会是快速发展的信息社会，自动化信息的作用也变得越来越大。所以我们必须从那些繁忙的事务中少做一些不必要的工作，从而使我们的工作速度有所改变。现在大部分公司对员工的管理都不是计算机的管理而是处于原始的人工管理，这种管理方式技术落后，并且弊端是非常的多，人都是会有失误的时候，所以会出现人为因素，例如有时人为的会把一些管理人员的数据弄混或者丢失，可会造成企业的重大损失；然而如果用计算机管理企业的员工，优点是很多的，例如可以存储很多的信息，并且查询的速度也是非常的快，使对公司得到更好的管理；因此我们利用计算机提供给我们信息，做出了这个职工信息管理系统。系统开发的总体任务是让企业职工信息关系的更加清楚。 关键词：MIS， JSP ，SQL Server 2000 Based on the JSP staff personnel management system design and implementation ABSTRACT Along with computer technology's swift development, the computer in the hospital management the application popularization, is realizing the hospital dossier management using the computer to be imperative. And labor management's malpractice is also getting more and more serious, as a result of the inevitable human factor, creates the data the omission, the misinformation, but causes the hospital heavy losses the instance to emerge one after another incessantly. The computer informationization management has the storage information content to be big, speed quick and so on many merits, provided promptly for ours process information quickly, simultaneously also improved our staff's own quality. Therefore we use the computer to supply to us the information, has made this human affairs information management system. The system development's overall duty is realizes the hospital human affairs information relations systematization, the standardization and the automation.
