PAGE PAGE 14 偿债能力分析—以比亚迪公司财务报表为例 摘 要 目前我国的经济高速前进，随之而来的市场环境越来越恶劣，企业作为其中的主力，在不断扩大自身的同时也面临着越来越多的经营风险。在面临企业的长期或短期负债到期时，其能够用自身的资产偿还的能力被称为了偿债能力，这是所有利益相关者都非常在意的指标。通过对于偿债能力的完善，可以衡量企业的持续经营能力，并对于企业未来可能发生的各种风险做出预测，这样可以更加好的对企业的预收入做出预测。本篇论文中分析偿债能力以比亚迪为例子，收集了比亚迪2015至2019年的财务年报，对其所包含的各项偿债能力指标进行了大略解读。结果显示比亚迪公司目前为止还存在有许多不足，包括：营业收入甚微、成本管理局限于生产领域、资产利用效率不高、流动资产中货币资金占比过低。针对此提出：实施多元化经营战略，引进新的成本管理模式，完善资产结构，树立按时偿债的意识。这些措施能有效加强比亚迪的偿债能力，帮助比亚迪在未来的日子里更加健康的发展。 关键词：比亚迪股份有限公司；短期偿债能力；长期偿债能力；汽车行业Abstract At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, the following market environment is getting worse and worse. As the main force, enterprises are facing more and more operational risks while expanding themselves.In the face of the maturity of long-term or short-term liabilities of an enterprise, its ability to repay with its own assets is called solvency, which is a very important indicator for all stakeholders.Through the improvement of solvency, the company's ability to continue operating can be measured, and various risks that may occur in the future can be predicted, which can better predict the company's expected income.In this paper, the analysis of solvency take BYD as an example, collect the financial annual report of BYD from 2,015 to 2,019, and roughly interpret the various solvency indicators contained in it.The results show that there are still many deficiencies in Byd Co, including: the operating income is very small, , and the proportion of monetary funds in current assets is too low.In view of this, it is proposed to implement the of diversified operation, introduce a new cost management model, improve the asset structure and establish the awareness of timely repayment.These measures can effectively strengthen BYD's debt repayment ability and help BYD to develop more healthily in the future.
