阿里巴巴人力资源管理经验及启示分析 摘要:随着市场经济快速进步下,民营企业的经济模式缩小,抗压技能减弱,全部都针对影响企业的发展和生存[1]。民营企业的生命周期很短,这和企业所在的宏观环境、经济时期等大环境紧密关联,也和企业本身的信息制度体系,包含人力资源管理模式密切相关。在民营企业中,企业利润有着非常超前的位置,而人力资源管理则经常被忽略。不停提升人力资源开发与管理的水平,不单单是现在发展经济、提升市场竞争力的需求也是一个国家、一个民族、一个地方、一个企业长时间繁荣兴旺的重要保证在一个组织中,只有寻得有用人才、合理招聘人才、科学利用人才、有效利用人才等,才可以促进组织目标的实现和个人价值的实现。在人类所拥有的一切能够使用的资源中,人力资源是非常宝贵的,自然成了现在管理的重心。在此,本文根据我国民营企业人力资源管理中普遍遇到的问题,对阿里巴巴企业人力资源管理的革新进行探究,在此基础上形成借鉴与启迪,提出我国民营企业发展人力资源管理的思路建议。关键字:民营企业;人力资源管理;阿里巴巴 Abstract:With the rapid progress of the market economy, the economic model of private enterprises is shrinking, and the anti pressure skills are weakening, all of which are aimed at affecting the development and survival of enterprises. The life cycle of private enterprises is very short, which is closely related to the macro environment and economic period, as well as the information system of the enterprise itself, including the mode of human resource management. In private enterprises, the profit of enterprises is very advanced, while human resource management is often ignored. Constantly improving the level of human resource development and management is not only the demand for economic development and market competitiveness, but also an important guarantee for the long-term prosperity of a country, a nation, a place, and an enterprise. In an organization, only by finding useful talents, reasonably recruiting talents, scientifically utilizing talents, and effectively utilizing talents, etc, Can promote the realization of organizational goals and personal values. Among all the resources available to human beings, human resources are very valuable, and naturally become the focus of management [1].
