本设计围绕会何家寨隧道右线而进行，本隧道为高速公路隧道中隧道，隧道 长646m,设计为单向双车道，设计车速为80km/h,建筑限界净宽为10.25m。衬 砌采用三心圆曲墙式结构，支护结构和围岩共同承载，并充发挥出围岩的自承能 力。新奥法作为隧道结构设计的核心，合同段隧道围岩条件较复杂，有III、IV、 V级三种级别的围岩，在IV、V围岩段均采用有初支、防水层、二衬组成的复合 式衬砌。初期支护为喷锚支护，采用锚杆、喷射混凝土、钢筋网、钢拱架共同作 用，二次衬砌采用模筑栓。洞门设计严格按照《公路隧道设计规》(GTJ-2004) 中的相关规定进行相关验算，采用翼墙式洞门；初支根据《公路隧道设计规》 (GTJ-2004)、《隧道工程》和相关工程实例进行设计；二次衬砌利用理正岩土 6.0版软件算出相关数据，并进行配筋计算；同时，根据相关参考资料和工程实 例进行了隧道施工组织设计、防排水设计和监控量测的设计，绘制了相应的图纸。 关键词：复合式衬砌；翼墙式洞门；中隧道；新奧法；曲墙 ABSTRACT length of 646m, This design is speed of 80 km/h .Construction use Three heart garden Curved Load.and Make full use of RockThis design will around the hejiazai tunnel right line, This is a medium length of highway tunnel, Tunnel Unidi- rectional double lane,A design boundary clear width is 10. 25m?
