PTSD引起海马神经细胞钙超载及其功能紊乱机制的研究
摘要：近年来，随着突发灾难性事件增多，创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)亦成为关注的焦点。由于
PTSD 往往会出现海马体积缩小,功能紊乱，所以海马的损伤越来越引起人们的重视。从生理
学角度来看，海马细胞尤其是锥体细胞和齿状回细胞在PTSD 后会出现钙超载现象。钙超载

是 PTSD 后出现一系列临床症状的关键因素之一。细胞内 Ca 超载引起细胞的一系列变化,主
要包括能量合成障碍，钙调蛋白(CaM)的变化以及蛋白激酶级联反应的紊乱，使其底物蛋白
的磷酸化或去磷酸化作用发生改变，影响突触可塑性和神经细胞间的信号传递，最终导致学
习、记忆、行为等认知功能障碍与情绪反应的异常。

Abstract: During recent years, PTSD has become a concern along with the abrupt disaster affairs.
Because PTSD can cause the, shrinkage and dysfunction of hippocampus, the har mof the
hippocampus increasingly causes people's concern. Seeing fro mthe physiology angle, calciu
overload appears in the hippocampal cell , particular in spine cells and dentate gyrus cells after
PTSD . Calcium overload is one of the key factors that cause a series of clinical symptoms.The
calciu moverkload in the cells which causes a series of changes,including obstacle of energy
synthesize, change of camodulin and disorder of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein
kinase,leads to the change of substrate phosphorylation and dephosphorylation,and affects the
synaptic plasticity and signal transmission between nerve cells,and eventually leads to dysfunction
of the study ,memory , behavior and abnormity of emotional response.
