摘  要 汽车是现代交通工具中用得最多，最普遍，也是最方便的交通运输工具。汽车工业 已经成为国民经济的支柱产业，汽车业是一项资金密集、人才密集、技术密集、经济效 益高综合性强的产业。汽车驱动桥是汽车传动系的一个重要系统，它影响着汽车的动力 性和经济性。汽车驱动桥工艺，是衡量一个企业是否具有先进性，是否具备市场竞争力， 是否能不断领先于竞争者的重要指标依据。随着我国驱动桥事业的不断发展，与之相关 的核心生产技术应用与研发必将成为业内企业关注的焦点。总体而言，现在汽车向着节 能、环保、舒适等方面发展。同时，要求车桥向轻量化、大扭矩、低噪声、宽速比、寿 命长和低成本。设计中，我参考国内外汽车驱动桥设计结构形式，并结合课题要求得到 最终设计方案。 关键词 汽车驱动后桥； 制动总成； 主减速器总成； 轮毂及半轴 word 文档 可自由复制编辑 Abstract Automobile is modern means of transport used most frequently, the most common, also is the most convenient means of transport. Automobile industry has become the pillar industry of national economy. The auto industry is a capital-intensive, talent intensive, technology intensive, high economic benefit and strong comprehensive industry. Automotive drive axle of motor drive train is an important institution. It affects the performance and fuel economy of the car. Automotive drive axle technology, to measure whether an enterprise is to be advanced, whether have market competitiveness, whether can keep ahead of competitors' important index. With the continuous development of our country drive axle enterprise, the core of the related production technology and research and development will certainly has become the focus of the industry enterprises. At the same time, request axle to the lightweight, big torque and low noise, wide speed ratio, long service life and low cost.
