崇州市资源合理开发与经济可持续发展探析 【摘要】20世纪是人类物质文明最发达的时代，但也是地球生态环境和自然资源严 重受损的时期。不可持续的经济增长和消费模式使人类生存和发展面临严峻挑战。传统 产业是福音与恶的双刃剑。中国巨大的行业,由于其固有的缺陷和广泛的发展,已经提前 进入了自然生态的悲剧的尴尬,人口快速增长和环境污染的不断增加的情况下,可以重复 的错误由发达国家 “经济增长和污染扩散”。通过对我国自然资源开发和环境现状的阐 述和反思，介绍了利用生态补偿机制修复不合理开发造成的环境问题。分析了自然资源 的基本属性，提出了如何实现自然资源与环境保护的协调发展。指出资源的可持续利用 和健康的生态环境是国家以至全世界可持续发展的标志。本文试图抛砖引玉，敲醒警钟 ，提出人口、生态、资源、环境、社会、经济、文明可持续发展的新思路及可操作性对 策。 【关键词】 资源 开发 环境保护 可持续发展 （调整并修改英文同步） Rational Development of Resources and Sustainable Development of economy in Chongzhou District of Chengdu City 【Abstract】The twentieth century was the most developed era of human material civilization, but it was also the period when the earths ecological environment and natural resources were most severely damaged.
