PAGE I 蔬菜切片机设计 摘 要 本设计研究的内容为蔬菜切片机，适用于黄瓜、萝卜、胡萝卜等圆柱形瓜果和根茎类蔬菜的切片。 本切片机的有一个旋转的刀盘，物料装在刀盘上方的贮料筒内，贮料筒中的压料板，可以维持物料对刀盘的适当压力，刀盘的回转把物料切成薄片。 本机主要功能为：上料、定位、夹紧、切片、出料。 上料与出料功能通过人工和物料自重来实现；利用贮料筒内的挡板实现定位；利用丝杠螺母带动压料板的升降，实现对被加工物料的夹紧功能；通过刀盘旋转完成对蔬菜的切片功能。 本文进行了设计方案的分析，进行了传动系统及主要结构参数的设计计算，对切片机的结构设计进行了说明。 本切片机加工蔬菜直径：25mm～100mm；切片厚度：3 mm；加工能力为20-500kg 关键词：切片机；蔬菜切片；旋转切片 Abstract The content of this design study vegetable slicker for cucumber, radish, carrots and other fruits and root vegetables cylindrical slice.
