PAGE PAGE 7 摘 要 本次的毕业设计题目是自动脱瓶机,脱瓶机是针对生产玻璃瓶,塑料瓶等厂在批量生产的过程中节省装卸过程的辅助时间和提高工作效率而提出的,这种机器主要用于大批量生产,并且保证外形质量的场合. 该设计采用全自动控制,在控制上通过单片机控制软件和丝杠螺母机构，四杆机构来完成Z方向的抓瓶向上提起,以及X方向的水平移动,最终将产品脱离放在传输带上运送出去.该系统非常可靠,定位取决于单片机控制行程开关实现,非常准确,方便,因此得到广泛的应用. 在生产中,我们有一部分工作是有机械手来完成,但费用较高,而本设计就避免了个问题用普通的四杆机构来完成这些工作,既方便又实用.有很大一部分工作完全采用专用自动化机械，专用自动化设备投资少效率高，往往给企业带来较大的利益回报，自动脱瓶机就是基于这种分析，结合某生产塑料瓶有限责任公司自动脱瓶装配的实际生产需求而研制开发的，可以达到快速准确、经济完成脱瓶工作，提高产品质量，降低生产成本的目的。 Abstract The topic of the graduation project is the automatic off bottle machine, bottle machine off for the production of glass bottles, plastic bottles factory in the production process of loading and unloading process to save time and improve the support raised the efficiency, the main use of this machine in high-volume production and guarantee the quality of occasions appearance.
