PAGE PAGE 15 摘要 盈利能力主要指的是企业顺利获得利润的能力，是企业运营发展的一个重要目标。乳制品是食品行业必不可少的分类。光明股份有限公司在经过数十年的发展之后，现已成为国内运营规模最大、实力最强的乳制品企业之一。本文是把光明股份有限公司当成分析的对象，选择了光明乳业2010年到2017年八年间的营业状况开展盈利能力分析。首先从公司的运营发展情况开始，对光明乳业的发展状况做出简要的概述，以便让大众对光明乳业股份有限公司有所了解。其次从与投资有关、与营业有关以及与现金有关的相关的层面着手，重点针对公司实际的盈利能力展开深入剖析与全面解读，并从中梳理出与盈利能力相关的一系列问题，最终针对营业现金回收率不稳定，资产现金回收率低等问题提出了减少成本费用的措施以及有效提高资产现金回收率的解决办法，以便于光明乳业股份有限公司盈利能力的提高。 关键词： 盈利能力；销售毛利率；净资产收益率 Abstract Profitability is the ability of an enterprise to gain profit. It is an important business goal of an enterprise. The petrochemical industry is the artery of industrial development. China Petroleum Chemical Co is currently China's largest oil and petrochemical products suppliers, second major oil and gas producer, is the world's largest Oil Refinery Co. Therefore, this paper takes the Bright Dairy&Food Co as an example to select its financial data for eight years from 2010 to 2017 and analyze its profitability. This article begins with the basic situation of Bright Dairy, and gives a brief introduction to Bright Dairy, hoping that the Volkswagen will have a little understanding of Bright Dairy. Secondly, it analyzes the profitability of Bright Dairy from three aspects related to investment, business related and cash flow. And found some problems in profitability of Bright Dairy, such as low operating profit rate, high cost, unstable cash recovery and low cash recovery. Finally, to solve the measures to stabilize the cash recovery rate and raise the cash recovery rate of the assets, hoping to help Bright Dairy 's profitability improvement.
