小班幼儿养成良好家园饮食行为习惯的策略研究.docx

PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 幼儿时期是人生长发育的重要时期，要想保证幼儿期必要营养的摄入需养成良好的行为习惯。研究通过对XX幼儿园小班幼儿在园饮食行为以及在家饮食行为的现状进行调查显示：该幼儿园小班幼儿大多存在偏食挑食现象；有的幼儿在园进餐过程中基本无不良饮食行为表现，但在家进餐过程中存在思想分散、注意力不集中、吃饭时间过长、无节制吃零食等现象。针对该现状，分析形成的原因，并且提出有利于幼儿家园养成良好饮食习惯的可行性措施：带给幼儿们更好的用餐氛围；同时通过生动有趣的方式吸引幼儿们的注意，从而更好的督促他们能够形成良好饮食行为习惯；家长树立正确饮食观念的同时也要落实到具体行动；家园合作，科学培养幼儿形成良好的饮食行为习惯。 关键词：小班幼儿，饮食行为习惯，建议，家园合作 PAGE PAGE I Abstract Early childhood is an important period for human growth and development. To ensure the intake of essential nutrients in early childhood, we need to develop good behavior habits. Through the investigation of the dietary behavior of XX kindergarten children in the kindergarten and the status quo of their dietary behavior at home, the results show that most of the children in the kindergarten are partial to food and picky eating; some children basically have no bad dietary behavior in the kindergarten dining process, but there are scattered thoughts, lack of concentration, excessive eating time, uncontrolled snacks and so on in the process of eating at home.
