This typically consists of a sandwich, a packet of chips, a piece of fruit and a drink. The packed lunch is kept in a plastic container. ;; Sandwiches are also known as a butty or sarnie in some parts of the UK. First, usually Britains lunch time is shorter ,generally in a hour, so will not very grand 。When you are a student,many people might only have some chocolate bar,a bag of potato chips ,an apple,a banana and so on。If you are diligent,maybe you will bring about sandwich that you make yourself.Eating sandwich as lunch will be more convenient. It can be made quickly,be aten quickly,even you can eat it when you are walking ,and don’t need to wash dishes,and It is very cheap.;Beef;;;Dinner is main meal of the day, is the more abundant in dishes. ;First is the soup;second is the appertizer 开胃菜 Appetizer is generally salad or with lemon juice ;Then begins the dish;Fish;Vegetable;Roast potatoes ;The last is dessert甜点;Strawberry pie ;2、Culture for diet ; Afternoon tea;;English Breakfast tea is a black tea blend usually described as full-bodied, robust, and/or rich, and blended to go well with milk and sugar, in a style traditionally associated with a hearty English breakfast. It is the most common style of tea in Britain.; Afternoon tea; The custom of taking afternoon tea is believed to have been first introduced in England in 1840 by Anna, the Seventh Duchess of Bedford. At that time lunch was taken early and dinner was not served in the evening until about 9 pm. The Duchess apparently became hungry in the afternoon and asked for some tea, bread and butter and
