城市停车诱导标志设置与设计研究.doc

PAGE IV 摘 要 停车诱导标志的设置与设计是城市停车诱导信息系统(Parking Guidance Information System，简称PGIS)的重要组成部分。随着机动车数量的持续增长，国外许多大城市都不同程度的发展了PGIS，其研究结果与应用情况表明，通过停车诱导标志的合理设置和设计可以提高停车设施利用率，方便驾车者停车，改善道路交通拥挤状况。我国城市交通停车诱导信息系统的建设正处在一个重要的发展时期，如何在借鉴国外经验的基础上，结合我国城市交通发展的特点，研究我国大城市的停车诱导系统及诱导标志布局规划与设计，是当前面临的一个重要任务。 本论文首先对停车诱导标志的相关研究进行分析和总结，在国内外的应用现状的基础上，分析了停车诱导系统的发展趋势，并对停车信息需求进行研究，分析了出行者对停车诱导信息的需求状况和停车诱导标志所提供的信息。之后对停车诱导标志的设置和设计进行研究，研究了一些有关交通标志设置设计的规范，然后对我国的停车诱导标志在实际应用中存在的问题进行分析，最后根据停车诱导标志的设置与设计规范对我国停车诱导标志在实际应用中存在的问题进行了改进与优化。最后根据之前的研究结果对锦州市CBD区域的停车诱导标志进行了设计与设置的实际分析。 关键词：PGIS；停车诱导标志；锦州CBD区域；交通标志 Abstract The planning and design of parking guidance signs is an important component in parking guidance information system of cities.With the rapid increase in the total number of motor vehicles,many cities abroad have developed PGIS in different degrees.It has proved that PGIS can figure out the problem effectively.The construction of PGIS in our country is in an important period of development at present.Therefore,it is an important task that we research the layout and design of parking guidance sign on the base of the domestic and foreign experience and the characteristics of transport delelopment in our country. This paper introduces the parking guidance system at home and abroad, the application of the status quo, an analysis of parking guidance system development trends, presented on traveler information needs of parking guidance and parking guidance signs the situation of the information provided. In this paper, after parking guidance signs and design set a certain amount of research carried out on some of the traffic signs of the norms set design, and then of our parking signs in the practical application of induced problems that exist in a brief analysis, and finally according to the parking induced signs of setting and design specifications of our parking signs in the practical application of induced problems in improvements and optimization.
