毕 业 论 文 毕 业 论 文 题 目： 比亚迪新能源汽车精益 物流管理应用探究 学 院： 计算机学院 专 业： 物流工程 班 级： 本科一班 姓 名： 魏爽 学 号： 20121311028 指导教师： 王慧娟 2016 年 05 月 12 日  比亚迪新能源汽车精益物流管理应用探究 【摘要】随着环境污染的日益严重，人们的环保意识逐渐增强，新能源汽车顺应时代的潮流应运而生，那么如何在众多的汽车品牌中脱颖而出，就成为新一轮汽车厂商之间的大战。就精益的思想出发，精益归根结底的目标就是消除各个环节的浪费。根据精益思想，在已知的浪费清单的最顶端是过量库存。更简单地说，就是要消除支撑业务运作不必要的任何库存，消除为满足客户即时需要而产生的不必要的库存。 所以本文主要通过归纳演绎法、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法、访谈法和查阅文献法等方法。以比亚迪新能源汽车精益物流管理应用探究为主题，通过对比亚迪新能源汽车供应链进行了分析，找到了比亚迪新能源汽车的供应链中存在的问题，并从精益供应、精益生产、精益销售和精益回收四个方面提出相应的解决方案，从而达到减少波动、消除浪费同时增加供应链的速度和流动性的目的。希望本文的研究在精益物流管理的发展方面具有一定的现实意义。 【关键词】精益物流 比亚迪新能源汽车 供应链 消除浪费  Title 【Abstract】With the increasingly serious environmental pollution, people's environmental awareness is gradually increased, new energy vehicles conform to the trend of the times came into being, how to stand out in a large number of car brands, has become a new war between automobile manufacturers.
