y 567003 摘要 中学德育工作评价是受到各级政府离度重视的一项索要工作曲随着附代的发 展，不断研制适合时代要求的评价体系是开展评价工作的基本要求. 在当前开展中学德育评价工作具有意耍的现实意义，它有利于端正学校德育 工作思想F 有利于规范学校德育工作行为，有利于全部提高学校德育工作质量， 要搞好中学德育工作评价 F 我们认为应当遵德如下原则 z 曾遮导向与特色优势将 综合的原则，科学设计与切实可行根结合的原则 F 过程评价与效果评价格综合的 原则暨质的评价与蠢的评价相综合的原则，外部评价与自我评价相综合的原则。 当代中学德育工作评价的内容主要包括德育资源开发、德育组织管理、德育 活动开展、德育效果体现、德育优势特色等部分 b 指栋化之后所构成的评价指标 体系如正文第 11 页所示。 依据当代德育理念、德育政策法规和当前学校德育的实际，依据专家意见平 均法，我们确立的当代中学德育工作评价权系数及评价标准刻正文第 13-16 页 所示。 在中学德育工作评价中章传统方法主要包括"听、着、奎、谈"等类型 p 格 对来说比较"虚气我们认为随着时代的进步，这些传统的方法应当得到究善和 发展.在当代开展学校德育工作评价还应当引进一些现代测评方法步如道德两难 问题法、自陈量表法等，将学校德育工作评价落到"实"处。 关 中学德育 评价 Abstract Content: The evaluation of moral education in secondary school is thought highly of by governments at all level. With time goes on. it is a basic demand to develop continuously evaluation syst棚s that fit ?n our time. It has important and pract icaI sj gnificance to carry out the evaluation of moral eduèation in secondary school nowadays. It is good for correcting the schools' working ideas on moral education， for standard izi ng the schoo I s behav iors of mora I educat i on. and for tota f Iy improving the schools' quality of moral education.
