YJY22-26/35kV 3×240mm2交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的生产 摘要 电线电缆通常是由几根或几组导线绞合而成的类似绳索的线材产品，每组导线之间相互绝缘，并常围绕着一根中心扭成，整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。 电线电缆是指用于电力、通信及相关传输用途的媒介。 35kV电压等级的中压电力电缆虽没有高压、超高压电缆的传输容量大，但其仍以自己的优势存在于电缆行业。 本文首先介绍了电缆行业在我国的发展现状，介绍电力电缆的分类及电缆的主要组成部分，同时以YJY22-26/35kV 3×240mm2交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆为例简要说明中压交联电缆的设计制造过程。根据工厂的实际条件和各个工序的生产设备，对YJY22-26/35kV 3×240mm2交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆各部分的结构尺寸，材料选择及生产工艺等进行了论述，同时并对该产品的基本性能参数进行计算，并且简单的介绍了几种电力电缆的检测方法。通过本文的描述，读者可以从电缆的结构设计，到选材，再到生产都有一个清晰的思路，对中压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的设计会有很大的帮助。 关键词　中压；交联电缆；工艺流程；基本性能 The manufacture of YJY22-26/35kV 3×240mm2 cross linked polyethylene insulated power cable Abstract Cable that is similar to a rope is usually composed of several or groups of wires which are twisted together. Each group of wires is insulated each other, and they are often around a wire as the center. The whole cable is covered with a highly insulation layer. The cable is a kind of vehicle that is used to transmit the power, information and other things. Though not having the transmission capacity of high voltage and extra high cable, the 35 kV voltage level medium voltage power cable has its special advantages which make its exist in the cable industry. Firstly, this paper introduced the present development of the cable industry in our country, the classification and the main part of power cable. At the same time, in order to explain medium voltage cross linking cable design and manufacturing process, we set YJY22-26/35 kV 3x240 cross linked polyethylene insulated power cable as an example to introduce related process. According to the actual conditions of the factory and the equipment of processes of all production, this paper introduces each part of structure, size, material selection and product process of YJY22-26/35kV 3x240 cross linked polyethylene insulated power cables. In addition, we also calculate the basic product performance parameters and simply introduce several kinds of power cable test methods.
