华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract In our country, Construction project, for its specialquality and characteristics, suchas market and social dependence, involves more indeterminate factors, more complicated risk and more loss of the risk. In order to make construction project build smoothly, contractors must manage project risk scientifically and successfully. Firstly, the currente rsearch situation and development project risk management were analyzed in this paper. Then further study on porject risk identification, porject risk analysis and project risk response and project risk control strategy is made. Based on the analysis result and contractors'workp rocess in construction porject, this paper make deep study in risk management for contractors in construction project bidding phase, project construction phase and project gurantee for defect phase. In the first phase, according to the information gotten in difeernt periods, incorporate the bidding pocedure of construction company, Fuzzy AHP evaluation system of risk management presented in this paper. In the second phase, based on the combination of WBS(the work breakdown structure)and RBS(the Risk Breakdown structure), target was managed easily through controlling the smaller unit. Contractors will fulfil the whole project objectives for progress, Cost, quality and HSE which also include the whole building sites. In the third phase, through identifying, Categorizing the various risk with checklist and making corresponding measure, constractors will control and decrease the bane and the influence. Finally, combined together with cases ananlyses, this paper present the major methods and critical techlogy used in construction project risk management for contractors. This method is of a good applicable value in risk management for those Constraction companies, and as well as of a reference for risk mangement for other organizations.
