PAGE 4 PAGE i 摘 要 随着社会的发展，被淘汰的和废弃的物品越来越多，为了合理处理回收废弃物，实现资源的循环利用以及经济的可持续发展，我们开始研究逆向物流及其外包。研究逆向物流及外包意义是它能带来巨大的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。 本文首先分析了逆向物流及逆向物流外包的研究背景和研究意义；其次阐述了逆向物流及逆向物流外包的概念和逆向物流外包国内外发展现状；再者介绍了我国逆向物流目前的主要运营模式，逆向物流外包模式的SWOT分析和我国企业实施逆向物流外包的影响因素和现存的障碍；接着还介绍了逆向物流外包的风险类型和风险防范措施，并具体的用模糊综合算法对外包风险进行了分析；最后分析了我国企业逆向物流外包的决策方法，决策流程，外包合作伙伴选择的标准和步骤，以及我国逆向物流外包实施所需要的关键技术。 关键词：逆向物流，外包模式，风险分析，模糊综合评判，决策流程 Abstract With the development of society, more and more items are eliminated and discarded. In order to the rational handing and recycling obsolete items, we began to study the reverse logistics and reverse logistics outsourcing. Studying the reverse logistics and reverse logistics outsourcing is also beneficial to recycle resources and develop sustainable economic. The significance of studying the reverse logistics and reverse logistics outsourcing is that it can bring huge economical, social and environmental benefits.
