四川理工学院毕业设计 目录 PAGE PAGE II 四川理工学院毕业（论文）设计 12kt/a二甲基二氯硅烷合成工段的初步设计 学 生： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 四川理工学院材料与化学工程学院 2011年06月 摘要 本次毕业设计任务是12kt/a二甲基二氯硅烷合成工段的初步设计。本设计首先比较了有机氯硅烷的合成方法，选择由硅粉与氯甲烷在催化剂的作用下直接合成甲基氯硅烷的工艺路线。在设计中，本设计分析了温度、硅粉等因素对合成反应的影响;其次，进行了工艺流程设计，并对二甲基二氯硅烷合成工段进行了物料衡算和热量衡算。并根据设计任务及操作温度、压力按相关标准对设备进行了计算与选型，其中换热器换热工段是合成二甲基二氯硅烷工艺的中心环节，对主体设备换热器进行了校核计算。通过查阅相关文献和资料，并借助AUTOCAD绘图软件绘制了合成二甲基二氯硅烷的工艺流程图、加热器装配图，最终完成本次毕业设计。 关键词：工艺合成、硅粉、氯甲烷、二甲基二氯硅烷 ABSTRACT The graduation design task is 12kt/a second methy1dichlorosi1ane silane synthesis preliminary design of the section.
