摘 要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV摘 要本文通过调研国内外现有型材机械抛光机械的使用情况，在综合分析各自优点的基础上，通过自主创新研制出一种新型型材抛光机。铝型材机械扫纹方法是利用型材在挤压时效之后，通过一台专用的机械扫纹设备，将同规格的铝型材有规则地平放在扫纹机工作台上，选择适当的工作台行走速度。通过扫纹轮与铝型材表面触压和高速干磨擦(无需任何扫纹剂), 从而达到彻底消除型材表面挤压纹的方法。而铝型材的机械扫纹质量效果，取决于使用扫纹轮的材质、扫纹的压下量、扫纹次数和扫纹工作台的移动速度。本文设计的型材抛光机能够适应不同截面形状型材抛光的要求，具有抛光面积大、抛光质量好、工作效率高的特点，对实现型材抛光机械化具有很高的现实意义，促进了型材加工行业机械化发展。关键词：型材，抛光，机械扫纹，机械化AbstractIn this paper, through the use of research domestic and foreign existing profiles mechanical polishing machine, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of their respective advantages, through independent innovation to develop a new kind of profile polishing machine.
