双鸭山东荣二矿矿井通风研究设计.docVIP

摘 要 本设计矿井为双鸭山矿业集团有限责任公司东荣二矿0.9Mt/a新井设计，共有3层可采煤层，可采煤层平均厚度为2.16m，煤层工业牌号为肥气煤。设计井田的可采储量95.64Mt，服务年限为75.9a。 本设计矿井采用双立井开拓方式，划分两个开采水平，9个采（带）带区。一个工作面达产，采用分层布置，24#、26#、29-3#层单独开采。大巷采用10吨架线式电机车牵引3.0t底卸式矿车运输，主井采用多绳摩擦箕斗提升，副井采用刚性组合罐道罐笼提升。 由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及受煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田采用倾斜长壁和走向长壁相结合的采煤法开采，采煤工艺为综合机械化开采，采空区处理方法为全部垮落法。 关键词 开拓 水平 倾斜开采 走向长壁 Abstract This design mineral well is the Shuangyashan mineral industry group limited liability company almond flower coal mine a new well designs of 0.9Mt/a, having totally 3 layers can adopt the coal seam, the average and total thickness is2.16metre.The coal seam industry card number is a fatty spirit coal, designing the well farmland can adopt to keep the 95.64 Mt of deal, the service time is75.9 years.
