一种多轴输出传动机构的设计摘要本次设计进行了传动装置总体设计,包括拟定传动方案、电机的选型、传动装置的运动和动力参数的计算。针对多轴输出传动机构中零部件设计的需要,进行了带传动的设计、传动轴的设计与校核、内外齿轮的设计与校核、轴承的选择与校核、传动轴上键的选择与校核,对该传动机构输入轴进行定位基准与装夹方法的选择及加工工艺路线的确定,确定了输出高速轴齿轮的加工方法和加工工艺路线。对机构的箱体及箱体辅助零件进行了选择与设计。对各个零件进行了三维建模,装配后经检验并无干涉发生。通过本次设计,对于设计多轴输出传动机构的通用方法有了一定的掌握,可以减轻劳动力、提高生产率、降低成本,同时提高综合分析问题和解决实际问题的能力,为以后的学习和工作奠定基础。关键词:传动机构,齿轮,箱体设计,工艺分析THE DESIGN OF A KIND OF MULTI-AXIS OUTPUT TRANSMISSION MECHANISMABSTRACTThe design carries on the overall of driving unit,including formulate transmission scheme,the selection of motor, calculation for the movement and dynamic parameters of driving units.Aimed at the needs of the parts design of multi-axis output transmission mechanism ,carries on the design of driving belt,the design and check of transmission shaft,gear,the selection and check of bearing,the selection and check of key,the design of other necessary parts on the transmission shaft, the design of box of multi-axis output transmission mechanism, the design of the auxiliary parts of box of multi-axis output transmission mechanism, the process analysis of some assembly units of transmission mechanism.Locating datum of the input shaft of transmission mechanism and the selection of clamp method and the determination of processing route, determines the processing methods and processing routes of the gear of the output high-speed shaft .In addition,it carries on the selection and design of the organizations cabinet and cabinet auxiliary parts.Through the three-dimensional modeling of the various components , there is no interference occurred after assembly and inspection.Through the design, the design for multi-axis output transmission mechanism of the common methods have a certain grasp, it can reduce labor, increase productivity, reduce cost, and improve the ability of comprehensive analysis and solve practical problems, lay a foundation for later study and work.
