Southwest university of science and technology 本科毕业设计(论文) 导电油墨的制备及性能表征 学院名称 材料科学与工程学院 专业名称 材料科学与工程 学生姓名 王建文 学号 指导教师 刘桂香 讲师 二〇一五年六月 导电油墨的制备及性能表征 摘 要:本文以硝酸银为前驱体提供银离子、水合联氨为还原剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂采用化学还原法制备纳米银颗粒究导电填料聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂为连接料无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂其他助剂(消泡剂、偶联剂等)制备导电油墨。将制备好的油墨涂覆于玻璃片上不同温度的干燥箱中,确定所制备导电油墨的固化温度100℃的恒温干燥箱中保存40min,最后再对固化后的油墨进行表征,本论文采用百格法测试附着力,再电阻测试仪测试电阻并计算出电阻率,最后测试制备导电油墨的耐摩擦性。聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂为连接料无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂关键字 还原法制备纳米银颗粒固化温度导电油墨性能表征 窗体顶端 窗体底端 A窗体顶端 This paper provides a precursor silver nitrate of silver ions, hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent, PVP as a dispersant, prepared by chemical reduction of silver nanoparticles legal system, and the product was a method SEM, XRD, laser particle size analysis of properties of the products were characterized. In the course of the preparation of silver nanoparticles, explores the reaction temperature, reaction time on product performance. The results show that,the hydrazine hydrate can be successfully prepared by the excellent performance of nanoscale silver nanoparticles as a reducing agent by chemical reduction. This article also prepared to test the nano silver particles as a conductive filler, urethane resin and acrylic resin as binder, with ethanol and ethyl acetate as the solvent, and adding other additives (defoamers, coupling agents, etc.) Preparation of a conductive ink. The prepared conductive ink applied to the glass sheet and then placed in the oven at different temperatures, it is determined that the preparation of conductive ink curing oven temperature of 100 ℃ stored in 40min, and finally cured after the ink was characterized This paper uses cross hatch adhesion test method, then resistance tester resistance and resistance was calculated from the last test preparation conductive ink rub resistance.
