含锰废水处理设计

武汉工程大学本科毕业设计论文  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 37 含锰废水处理_毕业设计 摘 要 锰是环境水质污染物的重要重金属监测指标之一,由于我国锰矿床多为中小型矿床,制约了锰矿山建设的规模,现有锰矿山生产能力普遍较小。全国年消耗1000万吨以上,居世界首位,但我国锰矿资源相对缺乏,富矿较少,在大量锰矿的开采和深加工过程中由于设备和处理技术等各方面的制约,使我国的含锰废料和含锰废水污染较为严重。本设计含锰废水污水处理站日处理量为1200m3/d,进水的CODCr为200mg/L,pH为9.5,SS为150mg/L,出水CODCr为100mg/L,pH为6-9,SS为70mg/L。 本设计采用石灰乳沉淀锰离子,先将石灰乳和废水混合使废水的pH到达9.5以上,在水中溶解氧的作用下迅速氧化为析出,加入絮凝剂,通过初沉池、二沉池絮凝沉淀,锰离子的去除率为94.3%。该工艺处理过的出水可以达到《污水综合排放标准——GB8978-1996》的一级标准。 Abtract Manganese is one of the important indicators of heavy metal monitoring pollutants in water environment, because our country manganese deposit more for small and medium-sized deposits, restricted the construction scale of the manganese ore mountain, mountain existing manganese ore production capacity is generally small. National consumption of 10 million t, the highest in the world, but the relative lack of manganese ore resources in our country, the rich or less, due to in the process of large amounts of manganese ore mining and processing equipment and processing technology and so on various aspects, make our country's waste and manganese content in manganese wastewater pollution is more serious. The author elaborates the manganese wastewater pollution control, and analysis has been made in research on governance, so as to provide reference for related research. This design contains manganese wastewater sewage treatment station, capacity is 3600m3/d, CODCr is 200 mg/L water, pH 9.5, SS is 150 mg/L, effluent CODCr is 100 mg/L, pH for 6~9,SS is 70 mg/L. This design USES lime precipitation manganeseion, mix lime milk and the waste water first, join flocculating agent, through the heavy precipitation pool, pond, at the beginning of the manganese ion removal rate was 94.3%.
