西南大学网络与继续教育学院 毕 业 论 文（设计 施工组织设计 学 生 肖应勇 指导教师 专 业 土木工程 层 次 专升本 学 号 1414825173009 学习中心 西南大学 遵义医学院宿舍楼工程 施工组织设计 摘 要 本工程位于， 根据毕业设计的要求，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料，编制的单位工程施工组织设计文件。一个科学的施工组织设计，将使建筑施工活动协调有序，提高工作效率，达到缩短工期、降低成本、争创优质的效果，并争评省优秀工程。 本单位工程施工组织设计分为八章，分别是工程概况、施工方案、工程量计算书、 施工准备、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、安全施工的措施。通过熟悉设计 资料和图纸，估算出整个工程量，并结合预算定额的相关要求和规范，合理安排施工顺序，充分利用机械设备，努力提高劳动效率，组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护，从而确保工程的安全和质量。 关键词：单位工程；施工组织设计；施工方案；进度计划；施工平面图building construction organization design Abstract This project is located in xian city of shanxi Province ,according to the requirements of graduation design, combined with the project of specific conditions and relevant current codes of such material, engineering construction unit design documents. A science of the construction organization design, will make construction activities coordination and orderly, improve work efficiency, to shorten the construction period, lower cost and strive for the excellent result, and for provincial excellent project. The project is divided into 8 the construction organization design, engineering, construction scheme, the quantity of calculations, preparations for construction, deployment, construction schedule and construction layout, construction safety measures. Through the design information and drawings, familiar with the quantity, estimated budget norm and the relevant requirements and specifications, reasonable arrangement of the construction sequence, make full use of mechanical equipment, improve work efficiency, organization, civilized construction site safety and environment protection, thus ensuring the safety and quality of engineering.
