长正中 长正中（Long centric）: CRP(正中关系位)只是一个功能活动的边缘位，而不是理想的正常功能咀嚼位，理想的闭口位和发挥较强咀嚼功能的位置是在CRP前方0.5mm（CO）。 CRP-CO的这种相对位置关系，是一个没有左右偏斜的前后向位置关系，其距离约0.5mm,通常把这种关系称为长正中。 The relative position relation of CRP-CO is forward and backward with out any deflect, the distance of CRO-CO is 0.5mm. This relation is called long centric. 正中自由域 正中自由域 (Freedom in centric): 　　 从RCP到ICP的前后向及左右向的运动范围称为正中自由域。 The range of movement from RCP to ICP, forward and backward, and left and right, is called freedom in centric. 一位、二位 一位 在正常人群中，大约有10%的人下颌不能从牙尖交错位后退，即牙尖交错位和后退接触位为同一个位置。 二位 具有牙尖交错位和后退接触位两个明显不同 位 置 的 现 象 为 二 位。 　Freedom in centric occlusion occurs when the mandible is able to move anteriorly for a short distance in the same horizontal and sagittal plane while maintaining tooth contact (Fig. 6b). ICP与RCP不调导致 干扰 Mis match of ICP and RCP leading to occlusal interference. RCP的意义 CR-CO 干扰 如果从RCP（过去称之为CR）到ICP的运动过程中存在不对称的滑动运动，或者下颌位于RCP时仅单侧后
