编号：（ ）字 号 本科生毕业设计 题目： 姓名： 学号： 班级： 二〇 年六月 摘 要 本设计包括三部分：一般部分，专题部分，翻译部分。 一般部分是老屋基矿120万吨新井设计。全篇共分为五章：矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田开拓、采煤方法及采区巷道布置、矿井通风、矿井安全技术措施。 老屋基矿位于贵州省六盘水市境内，井田总面积16.65km2。主采煤层为12号层，平均厚度5.3米。煤层平均倾角22°。井田工业储量为23593.05万吨，可采储量14301.421万吨。正常涌水量为m3/h。相对瓦斯涌出量30.54 m3/t，因此为高瓦斯矿井。煤层属中挥发分，煤尘具有爆炸性，煤层没有自燃倾向。 老屋基矿设计年生产能力为120万t/a，服务年限为92年。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法主要为走向长壁综合机械化开采。矿井开拓方式为立井单水平采区开采,水平标高为+1350m。 矿井布置一个回采工作面生产，两个掘进工作面，年生产能力为120万t/a。工作面长度为180m。运输大巷采用胶带运煤，大巷辅助运输采用电机车运输材料和矸石。矿井通风方式为中央分列式，全矿总需风量为5832m3/min，通风容易时期等级孔为2.17m2，困难时期为2.14m2，均属通风容易矿井，主要通风机为2K60-No28轴流抽出式风机。 专题部分为“瓦斯抽放在老屋基矿的研究与应用”。 翻译部分为“突出厚煤层瓦斯立体抽放钻孔布置工艺与效果分析”。 关键词：矿井；开拓；煤层；通风；老屋基矿；瓦斯抽放 ABSTRACT The design includes three parts: general, thematic elements, some of the translation. The general part is a 1.2 million ton new design of Lao Wuji colliery. It contains five chapters: summarize of the mine field geological character, mining field deploitation, the excavating coal method and disposal of laneway in mining area, ventilation, technology of mine safety. The Lao Wuji colliery lies in Liu Panshui city of Gui Zhou province. The total area of the mine is 16.65 km2. The main exploitation coal seam is level2 , the average thickness is in turn 5.3m. Its obliquity is 22 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 23593.05 tons and the useable reserves are 14301.421 million tons. The normal effusing water of mine is 110 m3/h on average. The comparative effusing of gas is 30.54 m3/t , so it is a high- gass mine. The volatilization of the mine is relatively bigger, there is the danger of exploding on the grime, the coal seam hasn’t spontaneous combustion tendency.
