机械行星无级变速器的设计 摘 要 行星锥盘无级变速器，国外又称 DISCO 无级变速器，属行星牵引传动，是 摩擦式无级变速器中的一种。行星锥盘式无级变速器由于其通用性强，结构简单， 工作可靠，广泛应用于纺织、造纸、食品、包装等行业，是目前通用无级变速器 市场上应用最多的一种产品。本文对机械无级变速器做了较为全面的介绍，对其 分类和发展现状以及发展趋势做了简要概述。介绍了行星锥盘无级变速器的传动 原理及结构，然后对变速器做了运动受力分析。同时对行星锥盘进行了基于低滑 动率的修形设计以及调速机构的分析。对基本型恒功率行星锥盘无级变速器进行 了常规的具体结构设计，以及各主要部件的数值计算分析。最后对设计好的行星 锥盘无级变速器做了技术经济分析、三维建模和主要零部件的工艺分析。 关键词：行星锥盘无级变速器；恒功率；数值计算 I 机械行星无级变速器的设计 Abstract The planetary disk continuous variable transmission is named DISCO CVT abroad. It is belonging to the planet draught transmission and it’s one of the friction type CVT. The DISCO CVT is the most popular product at present on the universal CVT market because of the strong versatility, simple structure and reliable work. And it is used widely in cottoncracy, paper manufacture, eatables and packing so and so on. This treatise has a relatively all-round introduction about machinery continuous variable transmission and has a condensed account of the CVT’s classification and development trends. The treatise also has a introduction about the transmission elements and instruction of the DISCO CVT. And then analyses the locomotion of the DISCO CVT. The shape modification of planetary disk and the analysis of the ratio control mechanism which based on the lowest sliding rate have been made. Also the treatise has finished the specific structure design of the DISCO CVT about invariable power and does the calculation of some primary elements. Finally the treatise has the analysis of the technique and economy, 3D modeling, virtual assembly about the DISCO CVT, and does the arts and crafts analysis of some primary elements. Keywords: DIS
